TruKheti-Mulch Film offers multiple size options ranging from 20 to 100 microns in thickness and 750mm to 1500mm in width. It is made from Virgin/Prime polymer granules and is dosed with multiple additives to improve its properties. It is designed to provide solutions for a variety of crops and has excellent strength, puncture resistance, and tear resistance. All sizes of the film are UV stabilized and have additional sulphur resistance for longer service life.
TruKheti-Mulch Film is available in different colors, including Black/Silver, Black/White, Black/Red and Black/Yellow, with plans for more colors in the future. Black/White is known to be more reflectivity of sunlight, which can result in better crop yield, although Black/Silver is a popular choice as well.
This film is affordable and customizable to meet the exact needs of a farmer. It is mainly used for growing fruit and vegetable crops over large areas. Our product offers the following advantages:
- Improved crop quality
- Water retention
- Minimization of weed spread
- Soil temperature control
- Soil disinfection before sowing
Farmer Tip: Clear Plastic Mulch Film is ideal if you need maximum and highest warming conditions for your crops whereas coloured Mulch Film will keep the soil little less warm as compared to clear mulch film. Coloured Mulch Film therefore will limit the growth of weeds as it keeps the light from transmitting in the soil.
